Cancellation Policy
Appointments are scheduled to accommodate everyone’s busy lives. To ensure that all clients' services are relaxing and enjoyable, we ask that you arrive early or on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may receive a shortened service.
Cancellation Fees
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 4 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the service price. A second occurrence will result in a 100% charge, and after a third time, the client relationship will be terminated. All fees must be paid in full before rescheduling. Note: If a client cancels within the allowed timeframe after prepaying online, that credit will be converted to store credit for future services.
No shows will be charged the full price of the missed service. After the second no show, you will be dropped as a client.
Reminder texts are sent the day of your appointment, but arriving on time or cancelling in a timely manner is your responsibility. Missed appointments represent lost income that we rely on to provide for our families. We understand that life happens, but please respect our business time as we respect yours.

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on products or therapeutic services.
Certificate Care
Gift certificates are treated exactly like cash. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing certificates.
Service Redemption
Your gift certificates must be presented at the time of your service to be honored and properly redeemed.
Store Credit Rules
Any unused portion of your gift certificate will be converted to store credit for use toward future services.
